Ibet x Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Terms

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ibet x ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ibetx.net website and all services, games, and features available on it.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, or simply by using this platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms stated herein. This acceptance is comprehensive and cannot be applied selectively.

02 Account Eligibility

Ibet x reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any applicant at any time through the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. 03 Registration & Account

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account only on the ibet x platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on a valid identity document.
• Entering your correct date of birth for age verification.
• Using an active email address that belongs to you.
• Setting a strong and unique password for your ibet x account.

All information you provide during registration or the KYC verification process must be accurate, current, and complete. ibet x reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ibet x supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysia users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the ibet x deposit page at the relevant time.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• All deposits must come from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Ibet x does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your ibet x account.

• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved based on ibet x system records, which are considered the official and final record.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn.
• Ibet x reserves the right to void or suspend any game or bet suspected of involving manipulation, fraud, or serious technical interference.

07 Player Conduct

Termination by ibet x: ibet x reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
